TERMS & CONDITION OF MEMBERS

  • 1.Business & Leisure Club (BLC) is a brand under M/s 'ULTRAVIBRANT SERVICES PVT.LTD.'.
  • 2. Any new Rules & Regulations, scheme can be implemented or withdrawn for betterment of BLC.
  • 3. Any kind of misbehavior in any BLC Meeting / Events with fellow members or their family members may result in termination of BLC membership.
  • 4. Members of BLC don't have any profit sharing in BLC & within members.
  • 5. Benefits of Referral Buddy Programme are given by BLC management.
  • 6. The Members have to renew the application form every year even, if their membership is being continued. Member’s renewal in a group will depend upon member’s contribution towards BLC.
  • 7. For any kind of cash / business deal between the members, BLC will NOT be held responsible.
  • 8. In case of any dispute, final decision will be made by the BLC management.
  • 9. Members can promote their business only in the category they are registered in BLC.
  • 10. No group is allowed to have multiple members in same business category.
  • 11. It Is mandatory for the Member has to introduce minimum TWO new members within 6 months of joining.
  • 12. It is mandatory for each member to be part of BLC official WhatsApp group.
  • 13. Members cannot leave the Grand meeting early else it will be counted as absent.
  • 14. Grand meeting & Lead bazaar of the group will be held once a month each.
  • 15. It is mandatory to attend the Grand & Lead Bazaar meetings. If there are total 3 absent for Grand meeting (in a rolling of 6 months), BLC can terminate their membership.
  • 16. Total 2 substitute will be allowed in Grand Meeting in a rolling of six months.
  • 17. Two months leave policy will be entertained only on Medical Ground or Outstation visit. Members has to give documents to BLC management, in that case members have to pay meeting charges.
  • 18. ‘Referred by' name will be considered as per the name filled up by New Member in application form and if any dispute arises, final decision will be made by the BLC management.
  • 19. Rewards points can be claimed at the time of renewal, without renewal, points can’t be claimed.
  • 20. Reward points cannot be adjusted against BLC Events or Meetings.
  • 21. Referral Buddy Programme, reference benefit, is only available to the existing members.
  • 22. Changing of Group is allowed only after completing “2 Years” for Individuals Members & “1 Year” for Corporate Members in each group at the time of renewal. Final decision will be taken by the BLC management.
  • 23. Entry fees/ meeting charges / event charges and/or any kind of charges are chargeable for everyone.
  • 24. Grand & Lead bazaar Meeting charges are mandatory & will be collected quarterly basis (Irrespective of Attendance) by the BLC management.
  • 25. All kind of service tax and/or any other taxes payable to the government shall be paid / deducted from membership fees.
  • 26. Membership is not transferable in any conditions.
  • 27. BLC's main management has sole authority to terminate any member on any background. BLC will be having the rights not to disclose reason for member’s termination . All decision made by the management shall be finalized by the company owner/s.
  • 28. Money paid by members shall not be refunded in any circumstances / conditions.
  • 29. In case of any natural disaster / calamity, national emergency or any kind of extreme unfavorable conditions, BLC can change/modify/terminate any kind of meeting/events / rules / terms.

RULES & REGULATION OF BUSINESS & LEISURE CLUB

WHATSAPP RULES:

  • 1. Group Types:
    • a. Business Group- For exchanging business leads, transactions, and activities. (Any festive greetings with company logos will be deleted by the Group Admin.)
    • b. Info Group- Used for official BLC news and updates from admins.
    • c. Socials (Informal) - For casual interactions and sharing festive greetings with company logos.
  • 2. Suggestions / Complaints: Do not post suggestions /complaints / negative comments in the groups.
    Share them directly with the BLC action team via email / in person / in WhatsApp.
  • 3. Posting Hours: Members can post between 8 AM and 10 PM only. Urgent posts are only allowed outside these hours.
  • 4. Activity Declaration: Members must post any business leads, sales, or activities in the Business Group and BLC's App. Not posting may result to inactive status of the member.
  • 5. Content Limits in Business Group:Post 2 pictures or 1 video, or 1 PDF per day related to your registered business category
  • 6. No Duplicate Messages: Don’t post the same message in both the Business and Social groups.

GENERAL RULES:

  • 1.Positive Attitude: Maintain a healthy and positive attitude in the group.
  • 2.No Unethical Behavior: Members will be removed for unethical actions or spreading rumors about BLC.
  • 3. Promote Others: Actively promote and refer others' to your fellow member’s businesses.
  • 4. No Non-Member Promotion: Do not promote non-member businesses in the meetings.
  • 5. Registered Business Only: Promoting other business categories directly / indirectly during meetings / events/ outside, without registration, shall be deemed against the group rules and ethics.
  • 6. Bring Referrals: Bring quality referrals and visitors to the group meetings / events.
  • 7. Follow Up: Members are responsible for the Follow up on their referrals and to give the update on the follow up done on referral’s passed.
  • 8. Support New Members: Help guide and support new members joining the group.
  • 9. No Harmful Groups: Avoid forming groups which shall be detrimental to the interest of the Group / BLC.
  • 10. Ethical Activity: Do not engage in unethical activities, monetary or non-monetary with your fellow members.
  • 11. Respect Members: Loose talks about BLC or its members will be taken as an act against the ethics of the organization. BLC will have full rights to take legal action against it.
  • 12. Referral Program: Use the referral buddy program to bring quality members.
  • 13. No Spamming: Avoid spamming members regarding BLC or any monetary matter.
  • 14. Respect Member Data: Misuse of other member’s data is strictly prohibited. Consent must be taken before using any member’s data.
  • 15. Attend Events: Participation is mandatory for members in all BLC events.
  • 16. Support Events: Members should participate each and every events organized by BLC for improving their social bonding with others members.
  • 17. Confidentiality: Do not share BLC’s confidential information with any other alike platforms.
  • 18. Promote BLC: Help promoting BLC in your business circles for networking growth.
  • 19. Multiple Categories: Corporate / Gold members can hold multiple categories with fees for the same.
  • 20. Renewal Criteria: Renewal depends on the member's contribution and reviews.
  • 21. Performance Review: Member performance is reviewed every 365 days.
  • 22. Review Process: Applications are reviewed by the Group's Action Team with BLC Management.
  • 23. BLC Management will announce 3 Names of Star Presenters, Failing the same will get chance after kall the members.

GROUP TRANSFER:

  • 1. Eligibility: Group / Category transfers are allowed after 2 years for Individual members and 1 year for corporate members in the current group.
  • 2. Transfer Fee: A fee of ₹6000 (or as decided by management) is required for transferring groups.
  • 3. Transfer is subject to group availability and the decision of the Action Team and BLC Management.

FEE STRUCTURE:

  • 1. Grand Meeting & Lead Bazaar Meeting Charges: ₹1000 - ₹1500 (Depending on venue & events) per member, collected in advance every 3 months (non-refundable). Any changes will be announced in the WhatsApp Info group.
  • 2. Late Fee: ₹ 200 per month for late payments will be charged.
  • 3. Defaulter List: If unpaid for 2 months, the member may be listed as a defaulter.
  • 4. Termination: If not paid within the notice period, membership may be terminated without prior notice.
  • 5. Rejoining Fee: Members paying after termination must pay a ₹5000 penalty as rejoining fees.
  • 6. Security Deposit: ₹2000 (2 meeting charges)held as security and adjusted upon termination of membership.
  • 7. Social Events Charges: Has to be paid individually by members as notified.
  • 8. Membership Knowledge: Members must understand the differences between Corporate, Gold, Silver, and Bronze memberships before signing up.

Note:- Grand Meeting fees must be paid by the 1st meeting of each quarter. Members are responsible for payment. A late fee of ₹200 will apply if payment is delayed, and attendance will only be allowed after clearing the payment.

Payment Example:

  • Jan, Feb, Mar: ₹1000 x3 = ₹3000

  • Paid by 1st meeting in January: ₹3000

  • Paid by 2nd meeting: ₹3200

  • Unpaid by 2nd meeting: No entry until ₹3400 (₹3000+₹200+₹200) is paid.

NEW MEMBERS::

  • 1.Age Requirement: Members must be between 21 to 65 years. After 65, membership continuation will be decided by BLC Management.
  • 2. Business Variety: No group can have multiple members from the same business category.
  • 3. Payment Default: Membership can be terminated without notice in case of payment default, and no refund will be provided.

TRAINING:

  • 1. Training Programs: Members must attend BLC training programs to improve their personal and sales skills.
  • 2. Training Fees: Members are responsible for any applicable training fees.
  • 3. KYC - (KNOW YOUR CLUB) - It is Mandatory for New Members to attend this session before their first Meeting.

MEETING ETHICS:

  • 1. Attire: Members must wear formals or smart casuals.
  • 2. Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes before the meeting to socialize.
  • 3. ID & Badge: Wearing an ID card and badge is mandatory.
  • 4. No ID/Badge: Members without an ID card or badge cannot present themselves during the meeting.
  • 5. A temporary ID can be issued for ₹200 if forgotten (valid for the meeting day only).
  • 6. Re-issuance: Re-issuance of an ID or badge costs ₹300 each.
  • 6. Members who will come late in Grand Meetings, (After 6.00 PM or Timing Set by the Chapter).They have to pay Rs 100 as Late coming Penalty & Drop it in the “ Happy Box”. This Penalty will be collected during the Member’s Business presentation and that Member has to speak 2 Minutes about their Business (PLZ CARRY RS 100 CHANGE). 1ST & 2ND Time Rs 100, From 3RD Time Onwards Rs 500 will be collected for the same.

AWARDS AND RECOGNITION:

Award Ceremony: Award ceremonies are held on a Saturday in November or as announced.

Performance from October to September will be counted for awards.

CATEGORIES FOR AWARD::

Best Attendance, Most Promising New Member, Introducing 2 members within three month of joining, Best President & Vice President, Time Keeping, Best Performance, Maximum Visitor Invitee, Best Supporting Member, Most Business Given, Most Referrals Given & Received, Most Active Member.

DISCLAIMER:

  • 1. Rules Updation / Revision: BLC may implement or withdraw rules or schemes without prior notice for betterment.
  • 2. Misbehavior: Misbehavior at meetings or events may result in membership termination.
  • 3. Business Deals: BLC is not responsible for any cash or business deals between members.
  • 4. Disputes: Final decisions on any disputes are made by BLC Management and the Action Team.
  • 5. Non-Compliance: Failure to follow rules may lead to strict action or termination of membership without notice.
  • 6. Renewal Fees: Renewal fees to be paid mandatorily, one month before the membership expires.Failure to renew the same on time, will lead for your business category to be open.
  • 7. After payment processed to ULTRAVIBRANT SERVICES PVT. LTD. (BLC), NO REFUND will be entertained in any situation whatsoever.
